I am adding a new feature to the blog this week…a survey series. These surveys are 100% anonymous and will focus on hot topics that are important to you. I will summarize the findings and post the results on the blog. If you have any suggestions for future surveys, please feel free to let me know in the comments field.
For this first survey, I wanted to see if there have been any changes to the size and start date of the incoming Fall Associates, and take a cursory look at how much time you will be spending with them during orientation. I have seen many discussions about these issues, and wanted to get your view “from the trenches”.
